We can turn setup-heavy, complex, arduous test facilities into much simpler processes, where the operator can simply press a button or two, and software can handle much of the complexity, allowing for successive autotesting of many different conditions at once, with minimal operator involvement.

By tracking these events a discernable image materializes allowing a user to target specific activities for improvement, explain lost time during a project, highlight areas of efficiency, give data collection perspective or even focus on areas of deficiencies. The intent is to give an account for all time that is associated with a testing location and the impact that these events have on a monthly basis for utilization reporting purposes and could be easily used to start summarizing project efficiency metrics.

Victorum's custom in-house HVAC testing LabVIEW architecture provides a scalable solution for both data acquisition and automation of test cells. The modular approach supports a wide array of hardware including products from NI and third parties. Victorum Certified LabVIEW Architects have extensive experience with NI Real-Time, NI FPGA, NI machine vision, PXI, GPIB, PLC, serial, and Ethernet communication protocols, meaning our software will work with whatever hardware you need. Our applications can also work with external applications such as databases, LIMS, simulation modules, and cloud-based software.
Configure a test procedure that can run fully autonomous with a built-in psychrometric test sequencer. Choose from pre-built standard tests or create your own custom tests. Each test is configurable with multiple options for how to handle failed tests and system errors. Email and text alerts can be sent out to notify of test results.
Perform linear and non-linear calibration of hardware inputs with the ability to set calibration date reminders and generate regulatory reports. Any function and screen can also be secured through login restricted access. Features include the ability to change calibration, modify channel configuration, edit test sequences, edit PID parameters, modifying specific test cell parameters, and more.
