HEAT TEST FACILITIES
FURNACE TESTING
We design, build, and commission natural gas heat test facilities in accordance with ANSI/ASHRAE 103.
ELECTRIC HEATERS
We are experts in electrical heater control and can incorporate them in any design to ensure precise operating conditions. Alternatively, we can design a test facility that measures the effectiveness of your electrical heating device.
HEAT PUMP TESTING
We have built heat pump test facilities from large 150 ton rooftop commercial unit facilities down to small 2 ton residential heat pump facilities while adhering to ANSI/ASHRAE 37 other relevant standards.
PSYCHROMETRIC FACILITIES
PSYCHROMETRIC CHAMBERS
We build advanced, insulated test chambers for HVAC equipment that can vary temperature from -40F to 150F and at any humidity in between for ANSI/ASHRAE standards including 15, 33, 37, 41, and 116.
ENVIRONMENTAL CHAMBERS
Fluffy snow, dense snow, icy snow, rain, fog, freezing fog, and other extreme conditions: we have experience replicating some of the worst conditions seen on earth inside an extremely safe and controlled test facility.
LIFE CYCLE TESTING
We design facilities that can fatigue a product for years of relative time in only a few weeks of testing. Our facilities have discovered OEM part failures before products were released to market, saving the client and the OEM distributor millions before product launch.

HUMAN MACHINE INTERFACE
Victorum designs custom HMI (Human Machine Interface) screens for both your control system and your data acquisition system. These elegantly displayed monitors are intuitive, simple, and straight forward.
DUCT DESIGN

MODELING
We can provide custom software that accurately models the performance of single phase, two phase, or other types of calorimeter systems in real time using the latest NIST or equivalent databases.
RETROFIT
Victorum can revamp, refresh, and upgrade existing calorimeters and turn them into highly reliable, cutting-edge, university-grade facilities with our expertise in design, controls, and sensors.
AUTOTEST
We can turn setup-heavy, complex, arduous test facilities into much simpler processes, where the operator can simply press a button or two, and software can handle much of the complexity, allowing for successive autotesting of many different conditions at once, with minimal operator involvement.

AFM TESTING
We have experience designing, commissioning, calibrating, and operating highly accurate airflow meter tunnels that conform to ASHRAE 41.2
SOUND ROOM
We are acquainted with industry experts on sound room design and have built anechoic and reverberation psychrometric chambers to customer specification.
CHILLER TESTING
Victorum has experience modifying, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintaining, and testing chillers and up to 3000 HP centrifugal compressors.
Lab Analysis software
PURPOSE
Our Lab Analysis Software helps your operators and technicians visualize the various events that take place at a test station and the amount of time that is spent performing these designated tasks.
INTENT
By tracking these events a discernable image materializes allowing a user to target specific activities for improvement, explain lost time during a project, highlight areas of efficiency, give data collection perspective or even focus on areas of deficiencies. The intent is to give an account for all time that is associated with a testing location and the impact that these events have on a monthly basis for utilization reporting purposes and could be easily used to start summarizing project efficiency metrics.
REPORTING
The Lab Analysis Software is also used to generate monthly reports used to report the monthly productivity and utilization values to leadership. The User selects the Month Range from the drop-down and then clicks the refresh report button.
User Interface / HMI
HMI
Victorum creates custom and powerful user interfaces and human-machine interfaces (HMI) utilizing LabVIEW. Our team of Certified LabVIEW Architects design scalable software solutions for any HVAC application.

VIEWING DATA
Customizable graphs and data tables enable operators to see live data in multiple formats while also having the ability to load historical graph data dating back multiple weeks.
Operator Control
Operators can choose dual axes for mixed data and save custom plot groups to be quickly loaded at any time. Data can be grouped and filtered to find the desired channel out of hundreds of physical sensors, calculations, and control feedback.
Data Acquisition
OVERVIEW
Victorum's custom in-house HVAC testing LabVIEW architecture provides a scalable solution for both data acquisition and automation of test cells. The modular approach supports a wide array of hardware including products from NI and third parties. Victorum Certified LabVIEW Architects have extensive experience with NI Real-Time, NI FPGA, NI machine vision, PXI, GPIB, PLC, serial, and Ethernet communication protocols, meaning our software will work with whatever hardware you need. Our applications can also work with external applications such as databases, LIMS, simulation modules, and cloud-based software.
Automated Testing
Configure a test procedure that can run fully autonomous with a built-in psychrometric test sequencer. Choose from pre-built standard tests or create your own custom tests. Each test is configurable with multiple options for how to handle failed tests and system errors. Email and text alerts can be sent out to notify of test results.
Calibration
Perform linear and non-linear calibration of hardware inputs with the ability to set calibration date reminders and generate regulatory reports. Any function and screen can also be secured through login restricted access. Features include the ability to change calibration, modify channel configuration, edit test sequences, edit PID parameters, modifying specific test cell parameters, and more.
